GradeWorks, LLC was founded on January 1, 2012, by Chuck and Ben Counts to deliver specialized construction surveying services, GPS construction consultations, GPS machine control modeling, and 3D file preparation. Our offerings also include machine control operator training and plan quantity take-offs to assist contractors in generating accurate estimates. As lifelong residents of Marion County, we bring over 60 years of combined family experience in the construction industry.

Chuck Counts has been a registered land surveyor in the state of Florida since 1988, while Ben Counts has worked as a site work estimator across Florida and New York. Our extensive background includes providing consulting services and holding positions with major site work and heavy highway contractors, contributing to some of Florida's most significant projects.
